Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
At HexBrid, we aim to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality website and digital development services.
Because many of our services are customized for each client and require dedicated time and resources, our refund policy depends on the type of service, project stage, and amount of work already completed.
1. Customized Services
Our website design, development, UI/UX, maintenance, white-label, and digital product development services are often customized according to individual client requirements.
Once work has started, payments may not be fully refundable because resources, development time, design work, project planning, and other services may already have been provided.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before substantial work has started, HexBrid may review the request and determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate.
Any non-refundable third-party expenses or costs already incurred for the project may be deducted from the refund.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If a client cancels a project after work has started, HexBrid may retain an amount reasonably corresponding to the work already completed and approved project expenses.
If there is an unused balance after accounting for completed work and applicable expenses, HexBrid may issue an appropriate refund.
4. Completed Work
Payments for completed services and approved deliverables are generally non-refundable.
Once the agreed work has been completed and delivered, a refund will generally not be available simply because the client changes their mind or no longer wishes to use the service.
5. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable or immediately accessible digital products such as templates, themes, plugins, UI kits, and other digital resources are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
If a digital product is technically defective or materially different from its advertised description, please contact us so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable solution.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
A request for additional changes does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If the requested changes are outside the agreed project scope, HexBrid may provide an additional quotation or invoice for the extra work.
7. Third-Party Costs
Costs paid to third-party providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, website platforms, software providers, plugins, apps, licenses, or other external services, may be non-refundable and are subject to the policies of those providers.
8. Delays Caused by the Client
A project may be delayed when the client does not provide required content, information, access, approvals, or feedback on time.
Such delays do not automatically qualify the client for a refund.
HexBrid will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and keep the project moving.
9. Refund Approval
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on:
-
The type of service purchased
-
The stage of the project
-
Work already completed
-
Deliverables already provided
-
Third-party expenses
-
The reason for the cancellation or refund request
Approval of a refund is at the discretion of HexBrid, subject to applicable laws and any separate written agreement with the client.
10. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for the refund to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a payment, project, or deliverable, we encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to review the matter and find a reasonable solution.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, HexBrid may provide relevant project records, invoices, communications, and delivery information to the payment processor as part of the dispute process.
12. Exceptions
We may consider reasonable exceptions to this policy depending on the circumstances.
Any exception will be evaluated individually and does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future cases.
