The agreed project scope may include specific deliverables, features, revisions, timelines, and pricing.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

-
Payment for specific services or digital products at checkout

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, images, branding materials, access credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, software, or other materials they provide can legally be used for the project.
Delays in providing required information, access, content, or feedback may affect the project timeline.
5. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed project scope.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope will be handled according to the project agreement.
Major changes, new functionality, additional pages, new features, or requests outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
6. Project Timeline and Delivery
HexBrid makes reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
However, timelines may change due to delayed client feedback, missing content, third-party platform limitations, technical issues, changes in project requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A project may be considered ready for delivery when the agreed deliverables have been completed and made available to the client.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our projects may involve third-party platforms and services such as Wix, Wix Studio, WordPress, Shopify, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, payment providers, software, and other technologies.
HexBrid does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, features, policies, security, or performance.
Any third-party subscription, license, hosting, domain, plugin, app, or software cost is generally the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Website Maintenance and Support
Maintenance and support services are provided according to the agreed service scope.
Support may include updates, bug fixes, security-related maintenance, performance improvements, backups, SEO-related work, and other agreed services.
Maintenance does not guarantee that a website will remain completely free from technical issues, security risks, third-party changes, or downtime.
9. White-Label and Agency Services
HexBrid may provide development services to agencies, studios, freelancers, and other partners on a white-label basis.
Where a project is provided under a white-label agreement, HexBrid will follow the agreed communication, confidentiality, branding, and delivery requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed, the agency or partner remains responsible for its relationship and communication with its own client.
10. Digital Products
HexBrid may develop and sell digital products such as templates, themes, plugins, apps, UI kits, and other digital resources.
Digital products may be subject to specific licensing terms or usage restrictions provided at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HexBrid retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, internal systems, templates, code libraries, processes, and other intellectual property used to provide services.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final project deliverables according to the project agreement.
Third-party assets and software remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
HexBrid may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.
12. Confidentiality
We respect confidential business and project information shared with us during a project.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential information private and use it only for legitimate project or business purposes.
Clients are also responsible for identifying information that is confidential and for providing any specific confidentiality requirements before work begins.
13. Prohibited Activities
Our services and digital products may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
HexBrid reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where there is a reasonable concern that a project violates applicable laws, third-party rights, platform policies, or these Terms.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Because many of our services involve customized design and development work, refunds may depend on the amount of work completed, project stage, and expenses already incurred.
15. Limitation of Liability
HexBrid will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services.
However, HexBrid is not responsible for losses or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, software, plugins, APIs, payment processors, security incidents outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a delivered website or digital product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HexBrid’s liability relating to a specific service will be limited to the amount paid to HexBrid for that service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
