These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HexBrid services.

By working with HexBrid, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Services

HexBrid provides:

• Website design and development

• UI/UX design

• eCommerce development

• Templates, themes, and custom solutions

• AI and digital product services

 

2. Project Agreement

• All projects require a clear agreement (scope, timeline, cost)

• Work begins after confirmation and/or initial payment

• Any extra work outside the scope may require additional charges

 

3. Payments

• Payments are made based on agreed milestones

• Final delivery requires full payment

• Delayed payments may delay project progress

 

4. Revisions

• Revisions are included based on project scope

• Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra fees

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide required content and information on time

• Give feedback promptly

• Ensure they have the right to all provided materials

 

6. Delivery

• Final files, website access, or assets are delivered after full payment

• Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation

 

7. Intellectual Property

• Client owns the final approved work after full payment

• HexBrid may showcase work in the portfolio unless agreed otherwise

 

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits are generally non-refundable

• Refunds depend on the project stage and work completed

 

9. Limitation of Liability

HexBrid is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Third-party service issues

• Website downtime beyond our control

 

10. Third-Party Tools

We may use tools like Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc.
We are not responsible for their policies or downtime.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
